Next, choose Multistep in the menu.
Now, start your form’s first step. Name your first step. In this example, we are given it the name “Step 1.” You can give your form any name you desire. Also, you can now assign the form to a folder.
I’m sure by now you don’t have a folder yet, you should hit the +ADD NEW to create a new folder.
Create the folder “Spring Campaign” or whatever name you want and add your first step to it. Then hit the “SAVE” button.
Congratulations, your multi-step form has been created. All you need to do now is to add other forms to it.
Go to your other pages and create another step.
Let’s go to our other page. Make sure you first publish your page if you’ve not done so. Just click on the “PUBLISH” button at the top-right corner of the page builder interface:
Open the second page, go to the form, and click EDIT.
Then the page opens, click on the Multistep again:
At this time, all you need to do is to rename it to Step 2 and assign it to the same folder you created initially.
Next, publish the second page like you did the first one.
You’re almost done. Next, let’s redirect from form one to form 2 in order to complete this multi-step setup.
Open the first page in the multi-step funnel, click on the form and then EDIT tab.
Choose Submission in the builder menu to tell Instapage the page to redirect to if the user hits the submit button:

Once you click on the choose Instapage, the pages will show up like in the above illustration. You can now choose the steps.
If you also want to integrate your multi-step form with a CRM, you’ll have to do that in the last form.
